We ate in both Sortinos and Double Cut and both meals were just great. The swim-up bars were open as well as the hot tubs, though the under 21 ones did have an attendant limiting the capacity. Crowded but not to the point of being a problem. We were able to find a table and chairs each morning since we got there early, but things did fill up by about noon. That being said we never felt at risk since there was plenty of room to move and not many lines to wait in. Inside the water park was quite a different story though. We found that most if not all of the people roaming the hotel and common areas wore masks and tried to distance. We were on the lobby level which made unloading and loading the car easy. Housekeeping does not service it unless you ask, but if you do they are prompt and efficient. The room itself was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Check in went fine and our room was ready in about a half hour at around 1:30. Giving them the room with the two queen beds and my wife and I took the king at the front, it worked fine, especially since each had a bathroom. The second time we've brought our grand daughter for her birthday, this time she's 8 and we stayed in a two room suite with her and her parents.
